Sedona Mago Retreat Center Collab and Tools to Heal
Hello Everyone,
Sedona Mago and I are truly excited about the opportunity to come together with Mission Save a Life. In addition to serving as the Wellness Program Director, I bring lived experience — I have survived and healed from suicidal ideation. That journey led me to co-author Surviving Suicidal Ideation: From Therapy, to Spirituality, and the Lived Experience (Swedenborg Foundation, 2024) and to write Planet Walking: A Handbook for the Living with an emphasis on guidance on suicidal ideation (released January 6, 2026, distributed by Simon & Schuster)
Both books explore practical, integrative approaches to healing — blending nervous system regulation, spiritual perspective, and lived experience. They form the foundation for the online and in-person retreats and classes I now lead, where participants learn how to manage energy, work skillfully with thoughts, and build daily practices that support long-term resilience.
Through this work, my focus is simple but powerful: helping people feel supported rather than fixed — and offering tangible tools they can use in real time.
Mago On-Demand: I also wanted to share our first upcoming online class in case there is interest within your community. It begins Wedon Wednesday, March 18th, from 5:30–6:30 PM MST. The class is designed to provide accessible, practical techniques participants can immediately integrate into their daily lives.
Let me know if you have any questions for me. Please look through our retreats at www.SedonaMagoRetreat.org. For those looking to dive deep, I suggest “Finding True Self,” or for a lighter option try, Sedona Meditation Weekend”
In kind, Gina
