Hi, I’m Diana Davis, and I’m so glad you’re here!
Thank you for joining this community and taking a proactive step for your family.
For over 20 years, I’ve worked in enterprise cybersecurity and, as a mom of two, I’ve seen firsthand how rapidly technology is changing childhood. When my kids were young, we gave them iPads for entertainment and learning, but I quickly realized how challenging it is to keep up with the risks and opportunities technology brings.
My challenge was watching not only my own children, but also the young adults around them, struggle with self-management, decision-making, and the impact of constant digital access. I noticed that many parents felt overwhelmed and unsure how to set healthy boundaries or use available tools.
I dove into research, read books like The Anxious Generation, and combined those insights with practical tech solutions. By sharing what I learned with other parents, I discovered we’re not alone—and that together, we can make a difference.
That’s what this LIFE Group is for: a space to share resources, ask questions, and support each other as we navigate raising kids in a connected world.
Warmly,
Diana

You don’t need to keep up with everything.
Small, consistent engagement is enough.
This is not therapy or crisis support — it’s a practice space.
